    Hi choc_mouse!

I'm in a similar situation, I had 2 forms, I sent the one that's for Standard Life but I got problems with the second one. Basically the guy in my NatWest local branch told me that form is for Standard Life and not for them I checked with SL and they are saying that I need to send that to my current ISA manager (i.e. NatWest). I've tried to get an address where I can send that form by using the helpline but they are saying the same thing "that form is for SL". How did you manage to handover the second form?

    Thank you in advance,

    Luismy

BTW, the only address that I can find in the NatWest website refering to ISA transfers is:
Central Tax Unit, 9th Floor, 1 Hardman Boulevard, Manchester, M3 3AQ
but it seems that address is for transfering ISAs to NatWest, is the same one for transfer OUT my NatWest ISA?

If you have Natwest Online Banking - then login and click on your ISA account. Somewhere should be an "Accound details" which tells you your account number, ISA limit/usage and also your branch address. I sent it to my branch.

If you don't have online banking then search for your branch by the sort code for your ISA account - you can use the branch locator on Natwest's website.

Hope this helps. FYI: My ISA was transferred successfully to SL 2 weeks after the money left my Natwest account. I would say 1 week of that was Christmas/new year holidays.
  • Having re-read luismy's post, it seems you did take it to your branch in person. I think you can just show them the part of the letter that says something like "send this letter to your current ISA manager"...

The only thing I can think of is if you've mixed up the forms and sent the wrong one to SL!
