I also ordered around 1pm with next day delivery but have not received anything. On the site it still says processing my order but emailed them and was told it was despatched yesterday. They are blaming the weather and say to expect it a day late.

Me too. Tracking not working, no parcel today. Am hoping to get it tomorrow.

My tracking didnt work from the link they sent me,
I had to google track and trace then put the code in myself

and i thought the hat box was tough to wrap!! I think i used a whole roll on just the hat box and this pillow!!! I was dying to rip it open and give it a go but will leave that pleasure to the OH

My order arrived today 8.30am Id gone for the normal delivery and am suprised its arrived this quickly - thought it would be after Christmas. Not unpacked it yet but ordered 2 pillows, and some gifts, really pleased.

Cant believe mine was just delivered :j :j I just had normal RM delivery 2-4 days as its for a birthday rather than xmas and the postie has just delivered it :t !!!!-Face towel is a good size too :rotfl:

not impressed at all, i ordered the genuine sound asleep pillows in green packaging as pictured and ended up with some other version of sound pillows in red packaging.

Hi, I ordered 3 of the pillows, they came yesterday and I can confirm they are NOT the genuine Sound Asleep Pillows. Others on HDUK have also said this....
I have emailed to complain, as I specifically wanted the Sound Asleep pillows, having bought those in the past and the response just received is:

Apologies for this. We changed the information for the Speaker Pillow at the weekend as the company sent us different stock, so we did delete everything to do with 'Sound Asleep' other than the memory foam pillows which were correct stock. We lowered the price to reflect the change in stock, but unfortunately the URL name still states 'Sound Asleep Pillow' which may be misleading. I have just called and left a message for the director of the company to see what we can do about this, but I totally understand how this may upset customers! Obviously the Sound Asleep Pillows were a lot more expensive, hence us lowering the price so much, but some customers have been caught in this change. If you would like to send the pillow back to us I can send you the refund details?

I'm really annoyed and don't think this is acceptable. :mad: I'd bought a proper Sound Asleep pillow for my little brother for Christmas for £20, and I actually returned it yesterday before the parcel arrived because I thought I'd managed to get them cheaper. Now I don't know what to do... I checked my browsing history and both the web page title name, and the order confirmation clearly state Sound Asleep so surely this is a breach of Trade Descriptions Act?? I'm sure the Sound Asleep manufacturers would not like to think their name is being falsely used in this way.
Ok I can send them back for a refund, but then what do I tell my little brother
