hi all
bought one of these for my sons birthday to replace the seperate tv and ST box
installed new tv today and its lost all the channels except bbc multiplex
weve tried moving aerial around uninstalling and reinstalling numurous times but cant get the other channels back
what else can we do?

Does the box tell you the signal strength? Can you plug the TV into a wall socket attached to a known good outdoor aerial, do a full retune (to get all the channels back) then back to original location? It's possible the tuner in the TV just isn't as good. What are the brands/model numbers of all the equipment?

You probably need to use a proper external aerial. These cheapo supermarket sets are even less likely to work on digital with an indoor aerial.

As almillar says, connect it to another aerial known to work for digital broadcasts, tune it in and prove that the equipment does work.
