Where can i download movies and tv shows legally

hi ive just bought an archos 605 media player and would like to know if anyone has any good websites where i can download movies and tv shows, i don't mind paying a monthly fee as long as the quality is good and they have all the latest content.
i know there are lots of free sites to download stuff and i have previously used limewire to download for free but the Quality is usually poor and there is a risk of getting a virus.

a DVD dock for your player enables you to record from tv/dvd/cable and onto your archos.

iTunes has tv shows and movies not sure if the format is supported by archos though

Most legal sites will have some form of drm
