Suggest the warden gets an eyesight test, or that a monthly eyesight test is required to be a traffic warden ;)

Well, almost 3 months after the PCN, I've just received the Notice to Owner. Coupon mad: I never got round to posting copies of PCN, as I had thought it had gone away. Would you still advise posting details here - PCN &/or NtO?

Council tickets don't go away! You can't ignore it (unlike the other poster on here who had received a fake ticket from a PRIVATE company).

There are not many PCN and NTO experts on here, so I would post the front & back of all your paperwork on another forum where they'll have the advice you need:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

You can register and post a new thread there straight away, and you can attach images hosted on tinypic (read the FAQ on pepipoo.com first, about how to post images).

If you can do that tomorrow then you'll probably have some good replies by Monday, with a view to drafting a formal appeal within your deadline.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
