I ventured out to boots today (thinking it was 75% off) duh should of read this thread) they had shelves and shelves of EMPTY 50% off stuff. Bit gutted. Got a 10 pound gift card for Xmas so will use that to get some cheap goodies from there.
Next weekend I have my friends just turned 2 year all weekend so will be doing long walks (if weather permits) and craft stuff with her LOL.
I sort of managed to sort out pay pal ( what a mess that was) ( i think its sorted) i just need 1 person to confirm they have now received my payment! I have 2.01 in my bank until the 29th Jan. Great aye!
I also owe 31 pounds out to people this month,.. not going so well for me is it! Own fault for not remember that dec pay was early making Jan a 5.5week month for me!

Hmm, not sure what I can come up with for the mini challenge, honestly we have no crafting supplies here! Might be able to stretch to paper mache? Not sure that's my forte though.
Maybe I will have a go with the sock monkeys, but we have no stuffing unless i recycle a soft toy, I'm sure DD will notice
I would like to come up with something truly magnificent, except im stumped :rotfl:Comping wishlist for 2017
1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuffThe more you put into life, the more you get out0 -
I have plenty of carmaking supplies but other than that I'm stumped too. So a card is definately in the offing.
I suppose i could get the kids to help make choccies. I have some cello bags with hearts on. Yippee. I'll do that.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I'm going to make dh a Valentine's gift voucher booklet - lots of different gift vouchers for things like:
* breakfast in bed
* favourite dinner
* massage
* day trip of his choice
* some ruder ones that I can't type here!
I'm also going to make some of the Baileys truffles, I think the recipe was posted on this thread a while ago.Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -

This site has lots of Valentine's craft ideas. I particularly like the felt and ribbon bookmarks. Most are designed for children to make but they could be adapted to make them a bit more grown upMaking money for Christmas 2012!0 -

Old tights make good stuffing (clean of course) or old tshirts cut up, you don't have to craft something, you could make sweets or choc anything as long as you dont buy anything, my craft supply is more on the kiddy saide but i'm sure we all have things to recycle and make into something else, you can print something off if you like, maaybe some love vouchers or certifivate??? I'm still thinking what to do, but I'm a bit brain dead today, having a bad day:mad::D:D:D:D
