                    I phoned up Vodafone today because I've had my contract 9 months now and I was looking to downgrade my price plan. I have been on a contract that gives me unlimited mobile internet usage. I explained to the person on the phone that I don't mind too much how many minutes/texts I get, as long as I can still have unlimited internet. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about.
Her: "Ok let me see what I've got on my screen... Oh this one says you get 900 minutes and unlimited texts"
Me: "And what about unlimited internet?"
Her: "Erm... Yes it says you get Vodafone mobile internet"
Me: "Does that me it's unlimited?"
Her: "Erm......It says Vodafone mobile internet yes."
She just didn't seem to understand the question. I went with it anyway but now I'm a bit worried. How can I get someone from Vodafone who knows what they are doing? Is there a way to email them perhaps?
