I'm afraid you should be worried. You may already know but it seems they have done a runner. We also have lost a lot of money to this criminal.
Have you paid? How did you pay? If by CC would a 'chargeback' be the best option l wonder.
Also wonder if it would help contacting the Trading Standards in that company's area just to see if they are known for such issues0 -
We paid by Visa Debit and have now started chargeback proceedings. Just hoping for the best. As for Trading Standards,they won't say if they are known to them and are of no help whatsoever.0

Trade Suites are known to Trading Standards. There are hundreds of people who have lost money. The company no longer seems to be trading. Check out Price Runner reviews for more info.0
