Orange!?

Hiya

I ordered a mobile from the orange shop last week and arranged for it to be delivered today. I also appear to have deleted the conformation email (can't remember if I even got one now) and calling their customer service number has been next to useless.

Does anyone know any numbers I can call/emails I can write too? Honestly their website is horrendous and has no useful imformation at all.
