Hi, does anyone have the phone no. to dial to find out how many inclusive minutes I have left on O2?

I have visited their web-site but can't find the answer there!

Thanks

Have just registered on-line, but when I try to access my bill, nothing happens?

I have managed to send them an e-mail, will wait to see if they bother to answer it!

astonsmummy is correct. There is no direct number to call to check out your remaining inclusive minutes.

The data on the o2 website takes times to be refreshed, something like 48hrs? If your o2 contract was placed via CPW then you will have to log into the CPW site to check as they handle all o2 customers who have bought from them.

To (manually) check the usage minutes you have used so far, use the call timers (if you have them) on your phone (and if use the same phone every time). Subtract the usage total (by looking at the call timers), from the monthly inclusive total and you should get the remainder to use for that month. This will save you having to log online to check where the data will not be up to date. Remember to reset the call timers at the start of each billing month, or else you will get confused with the times.
