Well if you buy 7 x Seagate Barracuda 160GB UltraATA drives from PCWorld, you could have 1.12TB for £183.75. Collect only I'm afraid!
Then, if you buy 7no. (code 72253) drive caddies from eBuyer at £3.99 inc VAT each, you could put each one in it's very own handbag! (Plus delivery...) - they ARE a bargain by the way!!!!
Do I win??

NO !
If you just want 1TB of storage then get 9 x 25 DVD-R blank discs for £55.84 inc postage from http://svp.co.uk/products-solo.php?pid=143
You would actually be able to give away 12 discs to a friend, as 225 discs is more than 1TB
