My ISP Garner Digital have passed my account over to pulse8internet who are going to cap me to 5Gb/month. I started with Gio then Customnet and Garner. I have talked to pulse8 and say they wont uncap me and cant get the MAC codes from Garner. What are my options now?

Hello Madgooner,
I'm really sorry to hear of your predicament. I read about this recently in one of the trade publications and the parent company, NetServices Plc, are pretty renown for not supplying MACs regardless of whether you are in or out of contract.
In order to change service providers, you will need to cancel your services with pulse8internet and sign up with your new service provider. When pulse8internet remove their services from your line your new provider will be able to come in and reinstall ADSL. You should expect to be without broadband access for at least one week - if you're going on holiday this summer perhaps you could time it to concide with the time you'll be without broadband.
Kind regards,

It takes between 7-10 working days to remove broadband, not 7 days.0
