I'm OK SRM, my first xmas cake's just about done, then in a couple of hours I'm off out for an xmas meal with my book club at a Thai restaurent that I've heard good things about. And I'm reading a very good book!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Just spent 2 hours of my life trying to sort out DDs O2 payments ( being taken from wrong Account) and the fact that her iPhone has never worked properly.
All we got was 'take it back to the shop'.....35mile round trip and £7.50 parking, I think not!
The shops NEVER answer the phones 'cos we are busy!'
Eventually got refund on Bank Charge ref payment......and eventually got name and adress of Director of Customer Services.
They are a nightmare!

My OH is in Henley so i think its the same area.
I have helped DD1 and SIL put a wardrobe up today....now they have taken my DD3 to the cinema to see Alvin but its been cancelled cos the heating is broke at the cinema. I have my grandson but he is in bed, so I am working my way through a bottle of pink wine.
