Help needed with freeview box

Options
Looking for any advice re a Goodmans GDR10 freeview box.
I had this fitted last week and more often than not it displays "No signal".
Its only worked the odd few days.
I have Sky in the living room and a TV with built in freeview in the bedroom, no probs with either of those?

What aerial setup are you using? Sky reception is not relevant to Freeview.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    No it doesn't.

Your Sky reception comes from a dish. Freeview is provided from an aerial which could either be on the roof or in your loft.
