Hi,
I have just bought a Iphone and have a couple of questions if anyone can help me with them please.
How many characters are there per text message as it doesn't come up so don't know how many i'm text i'm using per message ?
Is there a draft folder i can use to write a text and save it to send later ?
Can i use my own ringtones or only those from itunes?
With the unlimited internet offer can i just use it as much as i want ?
Thanks in advance for your help

There's no draft folder for texts but what you could do is write your text in the 'notes' app then copy and paste it into a text when you're readyMFW Challenge: Mortgage free in 2008! ACHIEVED!0

You can create your own ringtones from anything you have in itunes:
1. Open iTunes
2. On top toolbar go to Edit > General > Import Settings. Set to Import Using ‘AAC Encoder’. (Change this back when you import CD’s to MP3 Encoder and Higher Quality 192kbps).
3. Find the song that you want to make into a ringtone.
4. Listen to the song and find the part of it you want to use (ie. the start or chorus).
5. Write down the start and stop times of the clip (ie: 0:10.5 to 0:40.5)
6. Right click the song and select ‘Get Info’.
7. Click the ‘Options’ Tab.
8. Type in the start time and end time of your ringtone using minutes:seconds format. Click OK.
9. Right click your song again and select ‘Create AAC Version’. Wait for iTunes to convert your song. It creates a duplicate.
10. Right click on the original song and remove your start and end time by unclicking ticks.
11. Drag your duplicate song to your desktop.
12. Delete duplicate still in iTunes.
13. Change the file extension to m4r. 14. Drag m4r file into Ringtones.0 -
You can use audiko.net who have manty ringtones you can send to iTunes then sync with the iPhone.I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0
