PMSL, you have no idea, quarters in UK are tiny, in short supply and you will be given the minimum entitlement they can feasibly offer. And be prepared to be advised of your quarter address 2 weeks before you are due to fly - and we all know how useful that is when stuff takes 6 weeks to freight from overseas.

Still at least you have the fun of trying to get your furniture through the tiny front doors of UK properties - bring a big tool kit so you can take the windows out :rotfl:

You may also have a case with your son having special needs and requiring a room of his own. Even better accompanied by a doctors letter stating that.

We are a 3 person family and for our past 2 quarters been allocated 3 bed houses as we have also have pets which are taken into account on quarters. we have never played the system at all and find that wrong. My friend who is an AFF rep has always had problems with quarters as one of her children need an OT report and the house has to be exact to the OT report.
