With my new one I charged it for an hour then turned it on and left it charging until it was full. Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

Our new phones said they needed to be charged for 7hrs but we used them after an hour although they probably wouldn't of lasted if it wasn't a quick call...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

They used to write to charge for 12 hours, but i've heard its just a guideline. I've put the battery straight in and used it immediately, although the battery was low and had to charge it soon after. Enjoy the new phone0

You had to charge it for a certain length of time when phones used to come with NiHM batteries, but they have long been replaced with Li-Ion and Li-Pol batteries, which don't require this.0
