It's a mystery how Next allocate the slots,you would think that those customers who spend a lot of money during the year would get one,instead of someone like me who hardly spends anything

Its probably sent to entice you to buy from them. Those that buy loads have already got their custom.

I received a slot I don't spend alot with them throughout the year but have ordered from them during sale time.

I too didn't get an invite either. I spent loads with them and have been with them for over 10 years. I did email and complain. I am going to pay my balance in the new year and close the account as I am sick of it all and have never ever recieved one yet! Never mind will wait for the boots sale. Well done to those who did get VIP's I hope you get the bits and bobs you want! x

I got a slot today, tried yesterday but i couldn't get one, got the e-mail this morning, my slots for tomorrow night 9pm, i hope i can get a couple of the things i want. This is the 3rd year in a row i have had a slot, 2 years ago the site crashed and i had to order over the phone (after being put on hold for an hour). Good luck everyone ,i hope you all get what you want.

i never had a slot either. but rang them up and they gave me a slot for 9pm 2mo. prob wnt b anythin left.but still chuft they gave me a slot

duno spoke to a nice guy i spose. i jst said i never had a slot. and he took my account number and said i wasnt seclected. then he said he would allocte me a slot. then he emailed me then i jst ad to confirm it. if you havent got one its worth rining u and asking

i did ring twice and was rudely told, no im not being given a slot... :'(
