so instead of the item number being 465528X44, try 465528GT1

it comes with a full price that way :mad:

This was an issue that AOL had last week, with some websotes, and I thought they had sorted but NO... the only night that I can get online as a "VIP" and bag a few bargains for my ever growing children, not to mention one or two items for me....:mad:

I did phone next and was able to place a small order for some items which I had taken a note of the codes, which is some consolation... :rolleyes:

snap!!! I was fuming! just managed to get back in, filled basket again went to delete an extra item and it's just emptied my bag - AGAIN!!! :mad:

infact I am even more fuming now, I am clicking through - it's telling me my time has now started, only to then be told it's only available to selected custmers. My email says I can shop between 7pm and 23.59 pm!! aaaagh!!!

Lucyxx. I'm with aol and have exactly the same problem. I just checked my vip sale confirmation email and it says that if you don't add something into your basket within 30 mins of logging in then the time slot automatically ends. I guess by logging in and then aol booting us out, Next deems us to have been logged in and not added anything to our site. Very annoying !

My slot was at 7PM, I am really pleased with what I got the main thing that I wanted was a wool coat, so I managed to order the 4 ones that were on there first - glad that I did as these particular coats soon went out of stock, then I placed 2 more seperate orders due to the site been slow and items kept going out of stock, but as somebody else said I will simply ring up and get two of the delivery charges refunded, I always do this and have never had any problems, and if I do encounter any problems I have the direct number of somebody in customer relations which usually ends up with me getting account credit

Happy shopping to everybody else, although feel sorry for people who haven't had a VIP slot as most of the good things always go straight away and in my experience not everything is always available in store

Do you have firefox on your PC?? I've just tried it and got in and it's let me log in there!!! alot of my stuff is now out of stock, but got some of the bits I was after!

I've ordered and am now quite possibly not going to look at that website again until spring!!!!

At LAST!!!!!!! I had to go back and refresh the basket screen then continue for it to work!!! Was about to give up!!!! Glad I didnt coz I managed to order loads of things!!!
