My pal says she got an accesorize vanity case that was originally £30? I never even saw these pre Christmas! She says it's really nice too.No, not electrical, it has smellies and make up in it and is quite tall and brown/bronze leather? I've asked her to send me a pic of it cos I honestly don't know what she's on about. I definitely didn't see anything like this pre Christmas...Queen_of_NO_MATTER_WHAT wrote: »me neither, sounds like she grabbed a bargain tho
I think I saw these just before Christmas. About the size of Ruby Millie box with a zip around the top. Didn't look what was inside but a really lovely choc/bronze case. The brush set that went with it was lovely but I went for the Ruby Millie one just because it was a purple case0 -

My hair comes to my ears and not quite in a bob but shorter layers at the top.
Any recommendations please?toinfinityandbeyond wrote: »monkeyygirl... remington 230 is as good as ghd's in my option, think they are about £30.Babyliss Pro Radiance 230, half price in Boots at the mo. I got them off ebay a couple of weeks ago and IMO they are just as good if not better than GHDs.
To be honest though, I only straighten my hair once or twice a week, maybe better getting advice from a regular straightener
I wouldn't straighten my hair every day, just don't seem to have the time. Just thought it would make a nice change every now and again.0 -

Just been on the "Gone but was it any good" board above the usual grabbits and the old boots sticky thread that was closed is up there and it is possible to post on it - I so miss the old thread0

I just replaced my very old and dodgy straighteners with andrew collinge digital pro shine 230s (got them on sale in Argos for £13.99) wow they are so much better than my old ones! They even properly straighten my daughter's long thick curly hair.0 -

I swear by my ghds, i have wide, normal and then a pair of babyliss 230 (Bought from tesco for £7 cos the box was damaged, couldnt resist!!) And ghds win hands down, for me anyway
But if your not going to be doing your hair all that often id go for the 230 being alot cheaper x
