I managed to get loads from trafford Centre. Lots of little sets ranging 8-15 pounds originally. Luckily for me I went to Manchester Fort for 9am and got the big Gok and No.7 set which trafford Centre didnt have.
I also saw the people hoarding loads of bags.... mental! And without sounding prejudice alot were foreign people. I think alot of them buy in bulk because they send them back to their family and friends in their home country. We did a carboot once and a family was buying lots of shoes off my mum and said that thats exactly that they do! Because quality stuff isnt avaiable there and if it is is extortionality priced so buying them here and sending over in boxes actually works out cheaper plus its nice for their family and friends. That might explain people who just shove a whole shelf into a bag without even looking at what it is!
Must admit I did buy 12 R+M compacts so I am guilty of bulk buying but thats as I thought its a lovely present so am giving one to alot of females I know! And once Ive worked it out I actually needed another three!
Hi Giggles_Fairy, you say that you don't want to sound prejudice, but imho your message is just that. It is also judgemental.
Surely this message could have been posted without such negative comments about other people.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

Im determined to not actually spend my own cash next time, just points and vouchers!
Good luck with your little challenge then.
You should be able to do it though as theres been some pretty decent surveys recently, had a £20 one yesterday so im happy.

Oh I really didnt mean to be. I was just explaining why some people buy so much, as a lady was explaining to my mum how she likes to buy lots of things to fill large boxes to send home. As everyone was saying that they couldnt understand why people would want to buy so much of the same thing. I wasnt saying it in a disgusted kinda way, just saying thats what we were told by someone thats all0 -
Hi guys!
To update.
I went back to the Leeds store at 1pm and can report that they had another HUGE load of the Silvery Chilli Bags (Original price £35). One SA was passing them out to everyone walking by asking if they wanted one for £8.75 - so if anyone is desperate for one of those - try Albion Street, Leeds.
They have dozens of these in Donegall Place (Belfast) as well if that helps anyone. Nobody seemed interested in them! :rotfl: I actually think that they're a bit overpriced even at £8.75. I saw a couple of teenagers (about 16) holding one and trying to work out what the 75% off price would be, they couldn't quite manage it LOL!!!
There was quite a lot of pushing and shoving there, and one elderly man looking aimless and getting in everyone's way in the middle of it (I think he had been brought along by his wife/daughter as a human barricade ha ha ha).
I wonder if they're going to restock every day? Could be worth going back tomorrow...Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

FCUK Sportsbag £15 down to £3.75
FCUK Sport Utility case £12 down to £3.00
that is my BIL Birthday presant. Feel a bit cheap now![/QUOTE]
not cheap, if they'd been full price he'd not got something as nice so he's the lucky one.
Think i'll pop back after work 2 c if they have any left0 -
They had some of the £3 mens FCUK sets left in Chester at about 1pm. Popped into Chester Boot at midday not expecting to get anything. Despite the fact the shelves were 70% bare I managed to lay hands on the GOK set, some nice photo albums for £3.75, a couple of botanics sets for £1.50, and of course some packs of Christmas cards. They had quite a lot of ted baker sets left and were in the process of putting out some the £35 chilli pepper bags, but I left those. They had LOADS of chocolate slabs and belgium choccies left - but thought of my waist line for once! They had a lot of royal jellie, lavender and fresh sets left too.
My order from 5am is not showing online at all. Gutted........but you can't win 'em all of course. Will not do an all nighter again.......but did have a giggle with fellow delerious bootsers. Hope you all managed to pick up a few things0 -

I feel so cheated and angry! Having spent half the night waiting for it to come online, I got as far as pressing the pay now button, (some 2 or more hours later) yet the system didn't get my order. Now the scooter has sold out. Boots system stinks!0
