wow you were lucky picking one of those up haven't seen one of those since before xmas well done*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Just want to say, that apart from the intitnal cramming into the door my experience wasnt as bad as some!
Got in at 8.30am with about 15 people who were queing, managed to grab most of the things that I had been eyeing up, plus a few extras that fell in my basket, was very pleased to get my hands on the 'bubble garage', my nephews first christmas present sorted there!
I did have to go back in and return a few bits, as I went too much over my budget, the SA was fine with me, until she tried getting me to pay for the stuff that i wanted to keep again. She got very funny with me when i told her that I had already paid for it!. I think it was because I was using my own bags for life rather than the boots bags.
Did anyone elses stores sercuity system keep on beeping?. I walked through twice with brought items and it was doing that, i stopped to be searched but no SA came, so i just carried on, can imagine a fair amount of stock MAY have been pinched!0 -
my online order keeps clearing the basket, then when i try to readd things they are slowly becoming oos, some are showing in stock until you try to add to basket.Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Managed to get a few things in store (Newcastle x2) and online. Mostly toys for the wee un. We keep them until next Christmas. Got the Mr Men chairs online which is what I wanted (never saw these in-store). Used my points so only had to spend £30 on a very decent stash. As is now the tradition picked up my 6 luxury chrackers for next year reduced from £15 to £3.500

Meant to say, I used paypal to pay as I had heard people having nightmares using the card payment system on the site. I paid straight away and received my order confirmation almost immediately.0

Hi all, I've just come back from Cheshire Oaks Boots and Ellesmere Port Boots, managed to get quite a lot. Gok Wan sets down from £40 to £10, Sanctuary perfume sets from £15 to £3.74, Roary remote car from £30 to £7.50 etc, etc managed to spend £112.46 but saved £350.54 - OMG, can't believe it! That's all my family sorted for birthday's and Xmas now, just got to find somewhere to store it all. I must make a note of what I've bought and who it is for so I don't forget!! Good luck to all and happy shopping!!
I must say it was very civilised in both stores. I was in Cheshire Oaks around 8.45 with only 2 or 3 other people in there, then a kind lady told me of the Gok sets in Ellesmere Port store so I had to go there too much of a bargain to let go and bumped into her in there again!!!0
