I ordered online and have an Boots order number but when I went back to the site there where still items in my basket. I paid by paypal and it has not recorded on the transactions list yet. Does that mean I failed? No record in boots account orders either
Trying to earn £2015 in 2015. Slightly early start ;). £175.88 today.
  • oh also they'd emptied my basket online overnight?!

Very difficult to add anything now, most sold out - just got a few bits and got outta the website! haha

I went to the Lowestoft one this morning, didnt get there until 8.50 as had to drop my daughter off at school, hardly anything left, it was chaos, the queues were massive, all I managed to get was a mr tickle hot water bottle cover and a french connection mens travel kit, nothing much else left, no No7 or S&G, waste of time really!

Loads of in the night garden stuff left though!
  • janiebaby - saw your post this morning, ws I could get an extra set for you before I posted, good news is, I did manage to get a third set with the intention of sending it to you, bad news, some SOD pilfered it from its resting place on the buggy whilst I was looking at the toys NOT A HAPPY BUNNY! Hope you manage to find one, the selves were stipped of them by the time I wriggled my way back to where they were sorry x

  • Just been in my local store and it is still all half price only. I asked her to check a few prices but the woman on the till wasn't interested and just said "bout £???" to all my questions and didn't scan anything for me. Couldn't find anyone else to ask either :(
Not sure its happening in my store, might check back later and see if someone else is serving and is nicer.

It sounds like the SA was hoping the stock wouldn't sell out before she went on her break. It's definitely happening in all the stores but some may not have put the signs up or changed the SEL's.

Just home from EK, couldn't get into town, OH called me at 8.15 saying there had been an accident on the A725 and he was stuck so I shouldn't bother.
So, EK it was. Lots of stuff, a few no7 sets but I didn't want one. Lots of Morgan, Miss Sixty, Sanctuary, Fresh, FCUK, loads of guys stuff....
I got a Jamie Oliver pizza set which looks great and an Elle body spray set. Trying to be good, really don't need anything at all this year.
HOWEVER,total nightmare for me, I left my points card in the machine!!!! :(
Went back and someone was off with it. Shame on you whoever it was. Asked all the SAs, and the lovely manager who seemed incredibly calm and went on a hunt for it to no avail. Panicking as there are about £85 worth of points on it :(
Would like to say a big 'well done' to all the EK ladies (and gents and kids) who were all very very civilised indeed. No pushing at all and lots and lots of excuse me's. Even the SAs were in a very boyuant mood :)
    Aaaannndddd relax.........
    :)

  • That reminds me, when in the mad dash to the sale stock, I glanced in the corner at the tills, the SAs were busy serving each other, between the three that were there, they had over 25 bags between them filled, mostly with the No7 sets that everyone wanted.
