Yet another disappointed (and hacked off!) customer. I also had the e-mail promising delivery but when checked on the site - order cancelled! >:( I shan't be bothering with them again...... >:( >:( Why can't they just let you know, it's common courtesy.

I have ordered loads of things from them, ranging from a camcorder to a coat and cups and not one order has gone astray and all returns have been dealt with very well.

Excellent website

You're obviously an employee, being paid a fair amount to say good things.

If you'd actually tried to buy anything from them, your view would be slightly different.

company were absolute rubbish for me, i was meant to be getting a couple of pairs of the bargain diesel jeans they had, ordered em and they were never sent out. i sent emails and phoned them, was told they would arrive a week after i ordered them on confirmation email, then another week when i phoned them, then another 2 weeks, then they said they didnt know what had happened and would reorder them and get them sent, another 2 weeks after that still nothing. at which point i phoned them up and told them i was very angry with them and they tried to tell me they were delivered when i was out every time and they made more than 1 attempt!
i'm a student and live in a house with 7 other people, someone is always in so i told her that was a lie, i had also been told previously when i had phoned up that there had been a mix up and the order was never shipped which was why they reordered them!

i asked for a refund, which came eventually, they did not refund the postage though which was £6, angry about that too, they should be compensating me for the hassle, but i really cant be bothered to try and get the postage back, it's already taken too much of my time

Well.... i certainly started something here! i was only trying to help and in the end no one in the whole thread mentioned the actual items i had pointed out.

I understand all the criticism levelled at discount2door, but have to say that i have had dozens of bargains from them in the last few months and never been let down. (i know the measure of a company is in its feedback, which seems here to be very negative) ... too many to list, but highlights; nokia 7250i, hotwheels sets, shoes, DJ turntable set.

And now, My son, his friends and i all have the Klim trainers for £17 and they are very nice and comfortable ... todays price puts them back up to £43!!!!

It is so frustrating when others get a good service but I don't. I had an email promising delvier by Monday, but nothing happened, and on Tuesday I got a letter telling me that due to shortages etc...

I am annoyed that they now have my credit card details, email address, home address etc.

There seems to be so many companies that are great over the internet as long as there are no problems. But when there is a problem then we see just how good they really are.
