I have ordered loads of things from them, ranging from a camcorder to a coat and cups and not one order has gone astray and all returns have been dealt with very well.

I ordered two pairs of jeans from them, waist size 32 & 34". The jeans that turned up would've fitted the [glow=red,2,300]Incredible Hulk[/glow] with room to spare... not exactly an accurate description. Thankfully ebay rescued me and I sold them on with accurate sizes.

They are truly, truly awful!

I have an email promising delivery today. The item has now been cancelled on their website, but nobody bothered to inform me.

They clearly never had the stock when I placed the order and they confirmed it.

Sigh
