Shop with them at your own risk, if they decide to send you the item you have been lucky.

Someone else has prev. pointed out they are also difficult to get refunds from for faulty goods.

Their emails only appear 'good' if the product turns up.  In other words an email is generated once you have placed the order saying when it will be delivered by.  If the product is actually in stock then there is a good chance the email is valid.  If the product is not in stock then the chances are you will never hear anything from them again with all probability of you being somewhat disgruntled at lack of customer service!  Yes - these people have some good prices but it's a lottery as to whether you will get what you ordered.

For an internet based company, I was amazed they managed to get a letter via snail-mail to me in 5 WHOLE days after it was dated (yes, this is meant to be a sarcastic post )
