ftv channels scrambled help please

Hi
My OH has just purchased Fortec Star Freesat package inculding dish and box.
He has scammed a nmber of satelites and has come up with 2000+ channels, however, some of the channels such as itv and channel 5 plus others are coming down scrammbled as a prepay channel, this is even happening when he goes back to the factory re-set, how do we unscramble these ftv channels, any help asap please, as I'm fed up not being able to watch any decent tv.

Cetain versions of ITV1 and FIVE are encrypted, and can only be viewed with a Sky card in a digibox (or Dragoncam).RIP independent MSE.
