When I logged in a couple of days ago they mentioned something about upgrading the "Your Account" part of the site. Perhaps that's gone pear-shaped.
They must be losing a fair amount of business as it's been down for a while now.0

            Hiya folks,
I've been getting into the site with no real problem today since about 2pm although i know others are not so lucky.
As i said in the other thread, use internet explorer as opposed to mozilla as my mozilla although i got in part way, it froze / crashed at the checkout stage and make sure you clear your cookies / cache first whether you are going via quidco, google or directly through the virgin site before each try.
What i recommend if you're trying through quidco, is to either go in first to the virgin site directly via :-
 http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/
or through either google which seems to work fine using the search "virgin mobile phone" and use the first link on the page which for some reason seems go get you to the virgin site rather than using the above url directly.
Once you have got in there, open up quidco in a separate window, and close down the virgin one but don't clear your cookies this time and with any luck it should pick up the page from your computer with the log in and you can then proceed from there. Don't put anything in your virgin basket when going through the google link or directly via the virgin link as im not sure it will track your order on quidco but its fine for having a look round to see whats on offer.
If you want to register your phone sim with virgin try this link using internet explorer: -
 https://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/youraccount/RegistrationProcessing
and to log in this one:-
 https://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/youraccount/YourAccountLogin
Hope this helps and just incase it doesn't can i just say my friend should have her nice new phone on saturday and jealousy is not a good thing lol :rotfl:0
