Who do I complain to?
Hi everyone.I need to complain to Orange, and I read on one of the "how to complain" discussions that the best way to do it is to the CEO of the company in a directly addressed letter.Does anyone know who the CEO or Orange is? And what the correct address is? - I figured that if anyone would know it would be the MSE peeps!Thanks.

What is the complaint about?
I had an over-billing issue and called CS twice and got cut off on both occassions. I e-mailed the Executive Office and the following day someone phoned me from there, explained why it had happened, corrected the error and refunded my the excess charges.
