    Ah but I'm not a Pagan ;)
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

    Wiccans?
To quote OMGs "ancient religion since 1950". Now Asatru, that's proper paganism! >:-D

Wicca is the study of natural magic and its uses.. well there is a lot more to it than that .....

Of course there's a lot more to it. Wicca has [strike]stolen[/strike] borrowed bits from every other religion, put it in a big couldron for several hours with eye of newt, and then commercialised it to Sabrina the teenage witch wannabes.

Wicca promotes itself as more than a "Learn nature in 24 hours" home self-study course :-\

Depends how you define Wicca - to me it was the initiatory Gardnerian and Alexandrian paths, not the McWicca that's so prevalent and promoted by the likes of $ilver Ravendollar.

Sorry for not coming back and wishing everyone a happy solstice but this is one Pagan (I get too ashamed to admit to being Wiccan when everybody calls us lightweights ;) ) who was very busy on the Summer Solstice 5 years ago producing the next generation :D

So rather than going skyclad and going over the year past and planning greater things for the year ahead I was screaming for Pethadine and hitting DH when he was too slow giving me the gas and air :D

Now every solstice I am up at the crack of dawn to open presents and plan parties :D
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
