SKY free ESPN offer

I have been offered a month's free ESPN by SKY to be followed by a £9 a month contract after the first month.

I would like to take the offer over Christmas and then cancel. Is there anything I should beware of? I have heard stories in the past of people not finding it easy to cancel. I am currently out of my original 12 month contract and don't want a new 12 month contract.

SKY state that after a month I can call them and go back to my original package.

yeah you only need to keep it for a minimum one month then you can call and have it removed there and then
