i had something similar happen to me, so i had a good look through this and the pepipoo site. i asked a question on the pepipoo fightback forums which i was unsure of and the people where great with no sarcastic answers or comments.

The reason that the sarcasm is creeping into this forum is the because of the number of new people who come on here and think that their private parking ticket problem is unique, and has never happened to anyone else before. If they had only read other threads on here they would have got their answer without starting yet another thread.

We are always willing to help on here, but it does get a bit monotonousness giving the same answers over and over again.

i can understand some frustration over repeating yourselves but some people just need a little reassurance.
would'nt it be better to either ignore the thread or direct them to a similar thread.
i thought the whole idea was to make people aware of the scam/ripoff but sarcy comments or making fun of people like this just makes people afraid to ask questions.

Thank you for your replies ,i know i was repeating what other people had said in other threads but i wanted to put in on here for personal reassurance, sorry if i made people angry or made people repeat themselves but no one is forced to reply and sarcasm doesnt help, i was going to come back on here when the letters started to arrive but may not bother now.I no my parking notice isnt unique and had took the time to read other posts .Thank you to every one who have gave me positive comments .
