Can any recommend a good time to list a child sleeping bag? I have a good quality one I'm not going to give to charity which I want to sell but not sure when the best time is.

In general it seems best to have your listings finishing in the evening, when most people will be home from work. I usually list my items on Thursday evening for 10 days, so they will then finish on Sunday evening, which is the time I think most people are on Ebay. I remember reading some study on Ebay and this was the recommended time to list :)

Your target buyers would be parents, so I recommend listing them in the evening after the average bedtime for children. Most of my internet time is after my son has gone to bed, unless I can sneak 10 minutes here and there.

Having said that, if by 'time' you meant season/month then I don't think it matters. If it is a high tog sleeping bag then now would be fine. My boy is currently using a 2.5 tog sleeping bag and a blanket as it's so cold! If it is a summer sleeping bag then you might want to wait a coupkle of months for the weather to warm up, but a lot of people buy far in advance anyway.

    Hope that helps!

Hi guys. Sorry for not being active at all these last few days, and I haven't had chance to rate any Dooyoo reviews - I've been really ill and haven't even been able to THINK about turning on the computer :( Feeling rather better now though :)

    Hiya Phia,

The mini challenge was to list five things on ebay before Monday (I think it was).

Just a little thing Jammie suggested to boost earnings.

p.s. you're doing well on dooyoo - what are you up to now? Sorry you don't have to answer if you don't want. I'm up to £9.00 but i've only written 10.
