Bumping again as I was looking for the recipe. That coconut hot choc looks fab, will def make that for the kids over Christmas. Looks like its going to be a cold one, even better!

I would have thought that as long as you sterilise the bottle before putting the syrup in it would last out of the fridge before it is opened (ie. to give as a gift).

They have coconut hot chocolate in Whittards. A massive tub for £5 and it's in the 3 for 2 offer so potentially £3.33 if you wanted to get two other tubs for Christmas presents.

thats what i was thinking, if you think about about coffee shops dont keep their syrups in the fridge they leave them out on the counter

I could not find my own recipe so just googled and found where i posted it pml at me. Guess what the teachers at school are getting tomorrow .
