I know the notes say don't use vouchers, but as another Mser mentioned your bill is brought to you before you've even eaten so I don't see it as a problem as it's not going to show on the receipt.

Hi all, i've just started doing some mystery shopping, but i'm struggling to get a spreadsheet to record all my work, i've tried Monkey spreadsheet but it just isn't downloading for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like it .. submit the first bill they bring you, then give a voucher and get them to amend it!

I did a pizza job for TNS once, it was at the time that the pizza place were doing buy one get one free or something like that. The briefing notes specifically said you weren't allowed to use vouchers.

BUT .. I used it, and said that when I asked for the bill, my colleague that I was with produced the voucher with a flourish as a "surprise" and handed it to the waiter. I just put at the end that it would have looked mighty weird if I'd said "No! Don't use it! I want to pay full price!" ... and I was paid in full for the job.

So, cancelled more jobs today, unexpectedly picked up an esa job 5 minutes round the corner to make some of it up - cancelled more jobs, picked up a couple more. And, astonishingly, was assigned more edigital surveys.

OMG has anyne else had an email from TNS with hundreds of peoples email addresses on:mad:

This is a terrible breach of confidentiality. I have emailed them but its to late now, already been sent. It happened a while back with Aba-i but not so many addresses on that one.

While i'm in a strop - is anyone else still having problems seeing all the jobs on RE - it is saying 11 available but when I look I can only see 4:mad:

Fortunately not got the TNS email. I think I'm going to take myself off their books, I've not been overly impressed with the jobs on offer.

With RE I've now lost the "4 available" which like you went down to be nothing available, but I still haven't seen any new jobs on there. I've checked shortly after each alert (work is shut today for snow :j) and still nothing.

Can you work out what's missing from your RE available list?

As in mine, it shows 32 but only 10 show up. On the home page I have 3 retail and 7 pub and 22 telephone but only see the retail and pub ones so I guess the telephone ones have been allocated to the gremlins!

Anyone think there'll be an RE upload overnight with these missing assignemnts? No not? Because their log on pages says they all went home at 1pm!!!

EDIT just got an email recalling the 1st email BUT still with all the 100's of shoppers emails. Numptys
