I've done five ESA ones this morning and they were all fine. Everyone was ever so apologetic about my squashed crisps.

Had 6 inches of snow here overnight and the main roads are ok, but the side roads and car parks are barely passable. Managed to do the 5 ESA jobs, another supermarket for someone else and a lunchtime food job, so I'm quite pleased with what I got done :D

Mam dropped Charlotte off on her way to work, so I gave her a dozen eggs :D
I've not had any apologies yet for my dodgy sandwiches / squashed quiche. The first shop had ceased trading 2 days earlier, the second pretty much accused me of lying and the third issued a refund without any apology. Glad other people have had better service.

Well done on getting so many done Becles, I pretty much gave up after the third one and took the kids to an activity centre instead. Was good fun asI had a few goes on the big slide.

I did 4 today but two were a complete disaster. I thought one of them had put my receipt in my bag but it wasn’t in there so I now need to do that again and the second one I forgot to ask about membership!

For those doing pizza jobs, if you sign up to their website they often send you special offer vouchers that you can sometimes use on the assignments.

  • I'm gutted if GR are going to lose the MS work from that particular supermarket. I am lothe to shop it for RE for a pittance and a long questionnaire. :(
Saying that though, I have accepted a cleaning job from RE as I have a coat which I've been meaning to take in for some time so that works out quite well. Think I'm going to have a problem accessing RE from work as couldn't accept any jobs. Just got home and tried through firefox and can view and accept jobs. Hmm.

I wonder if it's the area I did. The all had good community spirit with known customers. A "eeeh hello Mrs Smith, how's your bunions today?" kind of thing going on, and most staff were chatty with me.

Snow is great. I've picked up other work that people have cancelled. More snow has fallen here so I just hope I can get out of the street tomorrow to do it :D
Here I go again on my own....
