Oh, did anyone else get a "postcard" from BARE? I was a little surprised to get one, I've only ever done 4 jobs for them. Nice touch though.

I've not had that, but I would email and let them know that there is a problem in case there is something wrong that needs fixing.

I have jobs booked and had made a note on my Outlook calendar that the links would be available on the 29th. I looked around lunchtime on the 29th and the links were not there, so I moved the note to the 30th to remind me to check the next day. I was a bit narked to get up on the 30th and find an automated email telling me off for not opening the links!

Hi Becks TNS have been rubbbish since they did away with the AM system.

  • I did a cinema job before and took my bf. However, you only get reimbursed for one ticket.

I did a cinema job in December that required me to take a friend/partner, and reimbursed for both tickets, and two lots of drinks/snacks. But maybe that was a different cinema client.

Anyone else waiting with baited breath to see what the "new" RE website will be like tomorrow?

Shall we have a sweepstake for how many times in the first hour it crashes?

    I'll go for 6 !!!!!

    LOL
I thought I was the only one! Had a look this morning but still down. I guess they will activate it in Office Hours?
Have there been times when this has happened (unsuccessfully) before per chance? :D

I don't use a spreadsheet, but I would imagine you enter it under the same category as printer paper and printer cartridges - both not specific to a particular job.

    Thanks for the reply :)
The spreadsheet makes allowance for a cost per page when printing so I can't claim for printer cartridges and paper as well.
I'm sure the answer is staring me in the face somewhere!

Anybody had jobs deallocated by TNS over a weekend for supposedly not opening the work packs? I had one deallocated on Friday which spurred me on to open everything that was available to open on my Visits page. Today I have an email, sent at 00:25 this morning saying that another was deallocated because I hadn't opened it. I know I had. I have a snotty email ready to send but I don't want to do that and them get sniffy and take them all away.
    Anyone identify with this?

This happened to me and there were no links to open. I sent numerous emails explaining and the replies made me feel like a child! One even said "What appears to be the problem?" I had plainly told them that the links were not there!
They were de allocated and finally I got an email apologising for the error and given back one of the jobs, the furthest away!
I have to say that since then I have been allocated quite a few over the phone and all with fantastic reimbursments.....maybe they realised I am not stupid after all!
