Your feedback...
We would like to thank all our shoppers who have taken the time to feedback their thoughts and ideas during the beta testing of the new shopper website.
Here’s what some of you had to say and our responses to your feedback:
"Good job guys this website is a million times better than the old one 10 out of 10!"
"I love this new web site much better"
"If first impressions last...then you guys are undoubtedly at the very top! Superb site!"
Thanks, we appreciate all the positive feedback that comes in, it’s great to hear from our happy shoppers.
"When I tried completing questionnaire it went blank and I lost my report"
We are continuing to develop our reporting stages over the next couple of months which will make inputting your results easier and quicker. Make sure you continue to send us your thoughts on this area of the site.
"Where can I find out which of the friends I have told have registered with you?"
We have now added your referrals list to your homepage. In the ‘Profile’ box click ‘Your current referrals’ and a pop up will display the current status of your referred friends and family.
"How do I know if a query on my assignment has been raised?"
If you have any queries on a report you have submitted there will be a link in the ‘Assignments’ menu box, if you do not have any queries, no link will be displayed.
"I am having some difficulty opening assignment notes- Adobe reader is saying they are encrypted. Could there be a glitch?"
There were a couple of gremlins that we found during the testing stages and these have down been dealt with. However, if you do experience any problems when downloading forms from the site, please let us know. You can simply click on the ‘Contact us’ button and select ‘Technical feedback’ from the drop down, then in the message box tell us the difficulties you are having and what the error message on your screen says if there is one and we will look straight into it.
"New look website is good, but you can't search for an individual area as you could previously"
That’s right, we have taken away the search option, but we’ve added some great new features which will make finding assignments just as easy. Using your filters will enable you to view the assignments you are most interested in rather than having to search through long lists of assignments that you might not like. If you need any more help on how to make the most of your filters, please see ‘How to be a savvy shopper’.
"I just logged on to the new website. I love it! It will be so much easier to see what jobs are available. It’s so much brighter and user friendly. I have just started doing mystery shopping and already have the bug why didn’t I know about this sooner? Good luck"
We’re really glad you like the new site and now you’ve got ‘the bug’ don’t forget to tell your friends about us too.
We are always working on a variety of developments and your feedback is vital so please keep telling us what you think of the site any you might see your feedback on the site sometime soon too!:c
I have been registered with re for about 3 mths now and no job's ever come up ??? even though sometimes it says in assignments 2 active, I click on it and it just comes up with job filter, I have them all ticked, ...apply...= Sorry, no assignments found in your defined areas... every single time this happens, I must or done it 30 or more times, am I doing something wrong or dont they like meany help appreciated ..x
I would phone them. Everyones system is working differently since the new upgrade........so hard to advise. Mine shows as 23 jobs available but there are actually 9! It does your head in trying to figure it out!0 -
I agree with the post on the Alert thread from TG, and often log on after receiving an alert to find a duplicated post, or an area specific one, which can be very annoying. Also responses are sometimes posted on the thread, which is also annoying.
On the other hand I can also see Gallygirl's point about people not posting for fear of criticism. I suppose the answer is to try to check the Alert thread before posting, but of course there will always be the times when alerts are within seconds of each other and will appear to be duplicated. I don't think there's any easy answer. :think:0 -
Just a quick question
Once the enquiry is completed, you must purchase the item that you enquired about. You will be reimbursed up to £7.50 towards your item.
This is for a nice smelling, soapy shop (my apologies for the description but have not seen any other comments which may be this shop)
If my item is say, £4, will they mind me getting another item to max the £7.50 reinbursment.
From what i can gather reading posts companies don't mind but i just wanted to check as i don't want them getting all funny. I suppose when you work for a company a while you will see what you can do, but it's my first job for RE.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

26 jobs in total this week!
I am usually very busy the first week but I think I’ve been too slow. I only managed to get one petrol as I was just about to press to accept another one and I was beaten to it. Only 8 jobs this week.

Yes, you can spend on another item and get reimbursement up to £7.50.0 -
Yeah, me too - I would add GFK to that too - Only this week there was a GFK alert here, I logged on and got a job, then received the email from GFK about said job 10 minutes later....
I see what you're saying, but personally I'd say 95% of the gfk or GR alerts either a) I can't see or b) I've already had an email off the company direct.
If everyone else thinks that alerts for these 2 companies are useful then I don't mind joining in and posting alerts whenever something comes up for me??0 -

Probably just me, but I don't actually mind this. I'd rather get the alert and check and have nothing there than not get the alert and miss out on loads of jobs because I got the mail late or didn't see anything at all. But will go with the majority decision.0 -

Nah I'm thinking it's probably just me, hence the question0 -
To be honest as I'm at work all day, I don't have the opportunity or access to read my personal emails. Hence I miss the GR and GFK emails so I am grateful when people post alerts for them on here. Sometimes I log on and find there are no jobs in my area but that's a small price to pay.0

And then when people post on the Alerts thread, you log in only to find it's a post from somebody on their high horse telling people not to post on the Alerts thread or telling them not to chat which is also very annoying !0
