Quick question.
I have an assignment soon where I've to go into a travel agents and check out their foreign exchange section. The actual assignment seems straightforward enough, however, I have not to get the currency there and then - simply ask questions. I must get a quote and a business card to prove that I attended.
I'm confused though. If I say that I want a quote for some foreign exchange that I am going to possibly call back for, will the foreign exchange office give me this as surely the exchange rate can change?
Does that make sense?
Thanks in advance.0 -

I've done a couple of these assignments. First I sat down with the TA and discussed holidays and got a printed quote. Takes 40 minutes at most. I then walked over to the Foreign Exchange desk and asked for the current exchange rate which they gave me quite happily.0 -

I know there are 2 different assignments floating around at the moment for TA's.. one is holiday and FE, and the other is just FE.. I think if you suggest your going in a few weeks, what's the exchange rate now? you could maybe ask if its going up/down? the you'll leave it till nearer the time?? something along those lines...
I live in a pretty central area and have access to 3 pizza ms's.. except the latest one... so hjb123 maybe you should give out your address and we can post it to you...:rotfl:
Look after the pennies, you better send your addy too....! I'd hate for anyone to miss out on a plate of saturated fat... yum... taste's good though.. especially when someone else is paying..!Christmas 2020 £109
