Got a chicken job booked tomorrow, won't be doing it if we don't get paid. Although I've also noticed I've not had a "2 days til you shop" mail, so maybe they're short staffed, or they've contracted their IT out to RE and it's all broken!

Ive not had any phone call from them over the last few days and I have been getting them several times a day. I hope we do get paid the money tomorrow.

I had this problem last week, send an email or phone them. I did both and received a call and the girl fixed the problem for me over the phone, and was really nice about it. Did not have the problem after that when I entered other reports. :cool:

We looked online to see if there were any particular problems with them, and others are having trouble too. An adapter thingy was suggested so we have that now, but doesn't seem any better after trying various locations, so we'll have to get in touch with Virgin.

My 3 one is OK but can be hit & miss with the signal - but I find that with my mobile too - which is why I'll probably change that to another network as it runs out soon.

I just use free Wi-fi if I can't get a signal though!

Still waiting for RE money but it's showing as sent on the 26th on my log in screen so hopefully that will be in tomorrow too.

That's not good enough. The Bank holiday was the 26th. Payment was due on the 22nd.

Absolutely nothing that we can do about it - unfortunately we just have to learn a lesson and not rely on it being in by the 22nd in future.
