i am waiting on a few payments. think i got gfk today (i can only see the amount on my summary, have to wait until the next day to see who its from!) i am waiting on gr from a job on 22nd december which is most unlike them. waiting on gap as well.

with re they have also moved my payment date to the 10th. however they did this with the first payment i received after the website was back up but i was actually still paid on the original day anyway despite it saying this. i expect i will still recieve the money in a few days regardless of what the site says!

i am also waiting for some dec payments from tns. the first post says that you normally are paid for all jobs the 28th of the next month but i did three quick supermarkets few days apart in dec and was paid for one near the end of dec but other two are still outstanding!

  • Just been on to GAP and found that whatever job I select I get a pop up message telling me I have exceeded my maximum number of assignments for today (0) - try again tomorrow. ???

    Have I been sacked?

Havent done a job for them for a couple of weeks and have none booked

I managed 7 in 3.5 hours, plus 3 hours (with distractions) to rename the photos (I did them all once, then found out I'd added a title and hadn't renamed the files ) add another hour for the second upload I did last week then another hour today zipping and e-mailing. I'm on a mac so things are a little different than a PC, takes me a little longer :o

I got so frustrated with this project, that I sent off an e-mail complaining about the amount of work involved for the pittance fee. I was promptly fired :p.

If you'd been sacked I don't think you'd've been able to log in. It's probably a glitch. You could try another browser, if not, try again tomorrow.

  • The way I did it - I highlighted the photos, right clicked, then selected "Send to Compressed (zipped) folder.

Thanks, TG, I've done this now but the folder is still 15mb and I think the e mail said to ensure it's under 10mb. How do I reduce it, any idea?

Yeah, one of mine came out at 19MB. I had to reduce the size of the photos themselves before compressing

    Ruddy project!

Anyone else see the message on RE about internet browsers, looks like they haven't bothered to configure it to work with any other browsers than the ones recommended.....or should that be their site is less unconfigured for those two?

I have just replied... I do not have administrator rights on my PC and the administrator prefers his standard browser.
