Does anyone know which MS company I can make atleast £10 per shop and consistently have jobs to do ?

Just amazed at how low the fees on RE and GAP are although both seem to have the most jobs. Maybe because not many want to do jobs for a low fee?
Did we not all tell you a few weeks ago that you WOULDN'T make much money Mystery shopping?

Well TG it is a kind of reward from Gap for doing so many shops last year for them. Didn't you get savings bonds or something like that.
 No . I only managed 996 jobs and you had to do 999 to get the reward

HP the last time the rewards given to regular workers for Gap were talked about on the forum some people got upset so we are keeping these kind of perks to ourselves now. Sorry if you are wanting to brag but it may not be fair to those who have not reached the dizzy heights you have achieved as yet.....;)
Yes. Like me. I'm very !!!!!! off that I missed the cut-off my 3 measly jobs.

  • Hi and merry Christmas to all.

Slightly off topic but does anyone here have a netbook? I am definitely going to get one as other half has given me the money for Xmas. Any recommendations? I am looking at the Samsung N130 and so far this looks the best value/reviews etc. Also, does anyone use mobile broadband, again if so which would you recommend? Am hoping to pick up more jobs when out working as I can take this out with me for the day.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

planning to emigrate to Canada :T,

Good luck with that. Have you tackled the CIC forms yet? We went through the entire process and then had to pull out for financial reasons. The British Expats forum is very helpful. :T

How do I sign up to GFK?

I have accessed the website from page one :http://www.gfknop.com/company/index.en.html

But I can't seem to find a link to MS. The closest thing on the website is 'Career'.

    Would appreciate some help. Thanks.

It's part of the application process St00per. They want people that are willing to do that bit extra by themselves. If you cant find the application page then you've failed.

Stoozer since it is Xmas I will let you into a little secret thing I found on the web. It is called Google. So you can put search thingies in...like...How do I sign up for MS'ing with GfK.

Or even better read PAGE 1 of this thread. Like the poster above you who did the same thing. Timmne, TG Josie and others did a huge amount of work to set all this up. The thread is now even titled with a sub title of newbie's....READ PAGE 1 OF THIS THREAD>
Now you may think I am being patronising but if I wanted info say on credit cards I would go have a look on MSE. I would read the whole thread through .

    Hollypear,

I have read page one. The link in page one is wrong. http://www.gfknop.com/

To save someone 30mins here is the correct link for MS on GFK : https://cybershop.gfk.com/Cybershop2Web/Public/Registration/ApplicationFormStart.aspx

Perhaps someone can update page 1 on this thread.

30 minutes?? Took me 10 seconds. Homepage - "join the team" under "other opportunities" click "mystery shopping"

    Logical, no?
  • Another tax question here - (sorry if its been covered before but I couldn’t find it)

If I carry out two jobs in the same shopping center can I claim the mileage from home for each job, or can I just claim the mileage for one job?

Also if I carry out a job at the shopping centre next to my day jobs office can I still claim the mileage from home, or can I only claim if the journey was wholly and exclusively for the MS visit? - Thanks
