    Help, please!!
I'm not sure I'm posting in the right place, but I've just discovered on Gap that my completed audits for January have been cancelled/rejected!! Anyone else in the same boat and have any idea what this is all about? All of my other January Gap work is OK.

I mentioned this a few days ago,I had a call over mine advising me they did not need them doing. After talking to a site manager earlier it appears they are halving the number of visits per quarter.

I asked if completed audits would be paid for and I was advised they would be.

I know lots of people have been posting about problems with GAP - but mine is stuck on "Update Contact" page - anyone know how to move past this?? I have tried to update everything but the only option available is "edit" and when pressed, I can also "change" but I can't get through to home page to get assignments!

Thanks for that! Reassured to know that I haven't lost out big time on earnings. Also reassured to know that Gap aren't doing a nitpicking exercise!

PS I did try looking earlier in this HUGE thread, but everyone's so chatty, it's a bit like needles/haystacks.

On the crisps front, I found most stores had the bacon fries / onion rings type crisps in own brand. If not, then I've tried sandwiches (tasted off, was pretty much accused of lying), dairy desserts (said the cream was off, they checked the expiry date then said that was funny), biscuits (broken, straightforward), chocolate (difficult to complain about, said it had an odd texture) and a squashed quiche (they obviously thought I was a bit odd but refunded me politely anyhow). But on the whole crisps has been by far the easiest.

In one shop I was sitting in my car outside crushing my crisps and realised the barber in the shop above was watching me. God knows what he must have thought!

It's all put me right off bacon fries though, which can only be a good thing. Shame it has also put my kids off eggs, they are now refusing to eat anymore. Good job we're down to the last dozen.

got my first shop soon for ESA where you have to buy the eggs and also return a product once bought - whats the easiest thing to buy and return?

In several stores I bought the egg and cress sandwiches that were near sell by date so they were reduced to 50p and no one questioned me saying they were off. In others I just bought the cheapest biscuits and knocked them against the wall just away from the entrance to make sure they were broken.

Does anyone else get calls from Grass Roots? Several times over the last year they've left messages on my answering machine asking me to call them back. They never say why they want me to call them though so I don't bother and I can't think of any problems (ie. I'm not due any money).

They do some manual allocating: usually it seems to be short notice work (and not always jobs that have appeared previously as available). Generally, these jobs are worth accepting because fee and mileage are negotiable:rotfl:

Check 1st pages of this thread, ESA is one of the MS companies.

The egg assignment is a part of one of their current jobs.

There is a link on the First page
Look under companies on the first page of this thread and you will find a link to ESA. Once you have joined and been accepted as one of their shoppers you will be able to see the assignments.

    SNAP! red fox and scottiesmum!

Thanks everyone. I had no idea there was the huge resource part at the front of this thread. Helpful reading.
