Hi all-does anyone know whats happening with Helion? Thought it was supposed to be starting beginning of Jan but could be mistaken. has Max been on here or has he been banned again?
Hope everyone is having a good week-I'm still waiting for my first mystery shop as the one I had booked and plucked up the courage to do had to be cancelled as I was snowed in-grrrrr :-/

I couldn't either the other day. I phoned them & very pleasant lady changed it for me. She said I should be able to change it on the site but couldn't tell me how

No, they never explained why (it was lost in all the new system emails they didn't reply to)
I assumed it was because they made a mistake in posting the jobs and needed to recall them but I'm just guessing.

But i had took detail from receipt and rang ab and explaied what happened and it was ok.. but it does get you in a tiss when thing slike this happen..

I was worried this would happen to me - I was asked at least three times by the same person if I was paying with cash, trying to get me to use the machines. Luckily he didn't follow me to the till... Nice to know the MS company are flexible about this tho.

if this happens and you do end up paying buy cash just remember to take a picture of receipt before returning items i should have done this but lucky i had transaction number.

doesnt work for me either and they don't reply if you fill in form :rolleyes: i did some lunch jobs at the weekend with wrong dates still showing on them (they had confirmed it would be ok) as i was unable to change the date. i sent them emails stating why the dates were wrong and Ive not heard anything and one payment is now not pending so I guess it was ok.
