I had similar problems a week ago - I accepted a posh burger restaurant only to have it disappear on me at a later date. It doesn't seem to have happened to me this week tho...
did they get back to you to explain why? I dont know whether I should start printing the acceptance screen so I have 'proof' that I have jobs that are then being removed from my account.0 -

I need a break, fed up of car dealerships now - one more tomorrow. It would be OK if you could extract the info from them without all the sales guff, and looking convincing. Spent 2 hours in 2 different dealers today. Thats 15 done in 9 days.Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

I think it's the objective one that may be wrong. The one you picked sounds more subjective, i.e. opinion as opposed to fact. Objective should be factual, hope that helps.0

Also, I would reconsider the answer to the first questionIf you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0

Without wanting to sound overly harsh.....
The test is in place for a reason - to ensure that people who actually carry out mystery shops are able to do so with a certain level of professionalism. If you have already failed the test a couple of times and are now coming on here "for the answers" then that probably suggests you don't have this.
From your post above, it would appear your command of English is rather poor - therefore how could TNS expect to receive a report that made sense to the client?
Also, if I was a store manager and a mystery shop report arrived which said that one of my team was "really spotty", then I would probably hit the roof! If you think this is an objective comment, then I would seriously question whether this is the right line of work for you.
If they let just anybody do mystery shopping, then this ultimately dilutes the quality of reports, clients get annoyed, fees go down or the work goes elsewhere.0 -
Good gracious, is the tns test just some sort of multiple choice thing now? When I joined I had to read through the entire handbook and spent a good 40 minutes writing long written answers0
