I was due to complete a sandwich shop job for RE today but didn't make it within the timescales required. I've just logged onto the site to try and alter the date of the assignment with no success. Anyone know how to do it now?

When I click on 'change date of visit' I get a message saying "The assignment is not at this stage yet. Please click here to go to stage selection."

That's strange, I needed to change a date yesterday & couldn't for the life of me work out how to do it on the website (no change date button). I went into every nook & cranny then had to phone them. The lady was ever so nice & changed it for me but just said that I ought to be able to change it online..... she couldn't tell me how to do it though . I thought it was just me being thick again :o

You should be able to change it from assignment stage list page, then there should be an edit button next to the set visit date line which i am told will allow you to change the date if the job allows.

But its not working for me, i keep getting the assignment has not reached that stage yet also. But then it also tells me i need to view assignment specc which i did several days ago.

Sent them an e mail and will call on monday otherwise i can see me loosing my jobs.

Just noticed now the egg jobs are out of the way I have nothing booked for the rest of January and only one petrol job for Feb:eek: doesn't seem to be much about at the moment over here - hope it picks up!

I've got some supermarket MS's and audits, and some cinema audits, but they're all with 2 MS companies. I agree that there's not too much going on at the moment.

GR in particular seems to have completely dried up - I was due to do a job for them this Tuesday, but they phoned me on Friday and said the client had decided to cancel the visit so not to bother. I hope that client won't show up on RE anytime soon!

Hopefully ESA get another round of egg jobs, they were good fun and quite easy money.
