I rang RE financial queries on Friday but they said it just takes time for the computer to update the system. Not happy about this i don't like disappearing money. Kind of sad that RE are getting clients from other companies as well they offer lower rewards and their system is not as friendly. I guess they can offer them cheaper though as they know someone will do them.

Exactly. Why would they pay anymore when people would do them anyway.

Hi all

Did an RE chemist this morning - what an awful report to fill out, a lot of work for the reimbursement.

I have had three emails telling me I have three queries on completed jobs and to log in. When I do there is nothing shown against the queries tab!

They are not making things easy at the moment.

Just done the dreaded tax return It is not designed for humble mystery shoppers and I had two pages where I thought "what ????" I just hope I have done it right. Now got to bring the books up to date, I have been lazy the last couple of months & it's going to take twice as long now Need to get back to doing it weekly . That's a job for tomorrow when DH is at work & I can take over the living room floor lol.

Have you all done your tax yet?

I logged into RE about half an hour ago and there were plenty of jobs - Hotels, Pharmacies, a handful of pubs and a couple of other odd bits.

Now I have nothing available. So have all those jobs really been taken in the last 30 mins, or is their site knackered again?

Or the 3rd option - you have inadvertantly de-selected all the options on the Job Filter page?

I'm just completing an RE sandwiches report - have uploaded my receipt & pic of sarnie but it says I need to fill in the comment box under each one. Errrmmm "very nice receipt".....?! lol

I put "Receipt" under the receipt and "Store" under the photo of the store! Bit stupid though isnt it!!!

Very!! I must say I am actually slightly impressed with their new report though. Have found it much easier than how it used to be. (Have probably jinxed it now & am gonna get a load of problems!:rotfl:)

I put name of store and location and date shopped. Helps me too as this is how I save them in my 'receipts' folder on laptop. If not they all look the same!!

Concur pharmacy jobs. As I was going anyway I foolishly accepted 2 and what a pain! Fiddly long winded visit, numerous questions and report took far too long to warrant tiny fee. Will give them a miss next time and what I'm going to do with all these drugs goodness knows!....

Apparently mix the 2 items together and you can make something really dodgy........say no more.....:eek: one MOS would have let me buy both too!....
