What questions are peeps using when phoning the store on the RE delivery jobs? I'm struggling to think of something

I was hoping for a bed job as we need a new mattress, so it would have been nice get paid to go and look for one

I'm doing a home delivery job today. I rang my local store just to confirm the delivery is arriving due to the bad weather we've had.

Before I accepted the job, I rang customer services who said delivery would come from my nearest store which is 3 miles away.

When the local store said they didn't know where my order was as it's not on their lists. I rang customer services back who said the order is now being delivered from a store that is 14 miles away I've checked on the store locator on their website and this store is the 8th nearest to me

I'm not sure what to do now. Has this happened to anyone else?

I thought the question was not supposed to relate to your delivery - I'm going to have to go back and read the notes again......

My partner suggested I called up and asked if they had any easter eggs in stock yet :icotbaske

I would be tempted to keep quiet about it. Just because RE may refuse to pay you. I'm half expecting the same to happen with me. I have 2 stores fairly close. The closest one by about a mile is the other side of the city centre so would actually take longer to get to, but that is my "local store".

I think they may find a few teething problems with these as it's the first wave until they can tell you what store your delivery comes from without making it obvious. However you've followed the instructions so I'm not sure what else you're expected to do.

Only thing I'd check is that on the store locator your local store has a "home delivery" sign under it.

Hi. I have a quick question re tax returns. I have got to do one for MS'ing and it says I have to put all my savings account details and what I have been taxed. i am having a bit of trouble getting all the info becasue my statements don't go back far enough so i'm not sure what to put down. I am only doing a return for £40, do I really need to fill this part in?

I can't see them. Didn't know they had put new petrol jobs out.

Just spoke to aba re the petrol jobs. They are having a technicle hitch with them and some shoppers cant see them. They are dealing with it now!:p
