Got this offer through the post and thought I would upgrade for Christmas. Beware of the T & C on the back as it says if you cancel within the 2 months you will have to pay the normal price of £16 per month, I phoned up and they say to cancel the day before the two months is up and you will be ok :j
I used to have the movies and I thought it was pants but they seem to have improved, am looking forward to my 2 months of movies

I got this offer too, and have been trying to accept it via the 08442 phone number, but despite trying a couple of times I still haven't managed to get through, and I have held for ages. A more cynical person would say they do this on purpose to make more from the call. Does anyone know the best time to call?0

I have also tried to take up this offer but have been on hold for 10 minutes on 3 occasions. I tried different times of the day but couldn't get through.
I have now decided that since Sky won't answer my call I won't be taking up their offer and have emailed Jeremy Darroch to complain about the length of time to get through to customer services.0
