Microsoft address

Hi,
Hope somone can help. I need to send my Mircosoft mouse back as it's not working. I have googled Microsoft but can't seem to find a suitable address to send it too. I guess it needs to be Customer service or complaints?
Thank you in advance! :D

Where did you buy it from??

If direct from MS, go back on the page you bought it. The details should be there.
If you bought it elsewhere, go back to them.

Did they tell you to send it back to them?

If so, I imagine they gave you an address to return it to.

If not, you should probably get in touch with them about it before you send anything to them. Call them at 0844 800 2400, or email them here.

I've never had to return hardware to Microsoft, all they've asked me to do is to pass on the serial number of the device then make it illegible before disposing of it myself. You're better off going through the Contact Centre (0844 800 2400) and talking to someone, it's a simple process.

I got it from pc world and took it back, unfortunatly no receipt as it was a gift, and they said they couldn't help and to send it to microsoft. I thought it was a bit strange without contacting them first but they insisted that was what to do, thanks for the contact number I will give them a call.

Microsoft have no liability, so I doubt whether they'd do anything to help. Still, you don't know till you ask... Good luck!

You can pick up a mouse for £5.00, probably cost more to send it back, what's wrong with it?
That gum you like is coming back in style.
